Reservation Policies

Payment for the overnight weekend covers lodging on Friday and Saturday nights, meals on Saturday (3) and Sunday (1), and all materials. Dinner is not provided Friday night. Separate overnight accommodations are provided for you and your fiancée. Your reservation is not booked until you pay in full, so to secure your seats please pay when you complete your registration. Credit card processing through PayPal is the fastest form of payment accepted, and can be used even if you don’t have a PayPal account!

If your reservation is not paid in full, it will automatically be cancelled and will require resubmission. If you request a cancellation more than 2 weeks before your scheduled weekend, your registration fee will be refunded minus a $50.00 administrative processing fee. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your scheduled weekend, we are unable to issue a refund.

Immaculate Heart Retreat Center

Immaculate Heart Retreat Center is located on 32 acres, south of Tower Mountain on Ben Burr Rd. We have a beautiful view of the Moran Prairie, walking trails with wildlife in a quiet, peaceful setting, and two outdoor chapels for those who desire secluded prayer.

Immaculate Heart Retreat Center is not served by public transportation, Spokane Cab (Taxi Service) 509-568-8000 provides 24-hour taxi dispatch service from the airport or downtown Spokane.
